The boys and girls had a visit from Rona from the Royal Highland Education Trust (RHET) and Daisy the Cow. They learned how to milk a cow. They learned that a cow has four stomachs and needs to eat a lot of grass every day to produce 30-50 litres of milk a day. We then learnt how to make butter too. We made our own the next day and had some butter on our potatoes at snack.
